dopamine est produite notamment par suffisamment de sommeil (7 \u00e0 9 heures par nuit), le fait de c\u00e9l\u00e9brer ses petits succ\u00e8s et par la pratique du sport.<br \/><br \/><\/li><li>L&rsquo;endorphine est stimul\u00e9e par le fait de rire avec ses amis, pratiquer un loisir, danser et chanter.<br \/><br \/><\/li><li>La s\u00e9rotonine quant \u00e0 elle est produite
